Age requirement (19+)
You must be at least 19 years old (or the legal age in your province or territory) to browse or order. By placing an order you confirm you meet that age. Orders ship 19+ only; a valid government-issued ID and an adult signature are required on delivery. We refuse delivery and cancel orders where age cannot be verified.
Health warning
Tobacco and nicotine products are addictive and harmful to health. They are intended for existing adult smokers and nicotine users only.
Orders & payment
Checkout is by Interac e-Transfer, with a $50 minimum order. Your order is confirmed once payment clears, and we dispatch within 24 hours of clearance. We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion — including for stock or pricing errors, or age/eligibility issues.
Shipping
We ship across Canada via third-party couriers with tracking. Free shipping over $100; a $20 flat rate applies under $100. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, tobacco and nicotine products cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email [email protected] within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring it is lawful to order these products where you live, and for any applicable local taxes or duties. Do not resell to minors.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NativeDarts.com is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or the products, beyond the amount you paid for your order.
