Do I have to be a certain age?
Yes — you must be 19+ (or your provincial legal age). Orders ship 19+ only, and an adult signature with valid government-issued ID is required on delivery. No ID, no delivery.
How do I pay?
Checkout is by Interac e-Transfer. Place your order online and you’ll receive e-Transfer instructions — we ship within 24 hours of the payment clearing. No card fees or surcharges.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on orders over $100, or a $20 flat rate anywhere in Canada on orders under $100. Our minimum order is $50.
Where do you ship?
Right across Canada — every province and territory — via Purolator, UPS Canada, FedEx and other trusted couriers. Every order ships with tracking; transit typically runs 3–8 business days depending on your province.
How fast do orders ship?
We pack and dispatch within 24 hours of your payment clearing. Orders placed before noon often go out the same day.
